Handled large and small projects for General Electric and is dedicated to offering quality customer service, building an excellent rapport with customers while giving special attention to detail. Customers and AT&T sales teams have sent several compliments showing their appreciation of the customer service that they receive. Consistently strived for success by constantly learning new aspects of the job and in return has been named Internal Team Subject Matter Expert. Enjoyed training others and donated time to mentoring new Global Service Managers.
