Lead mechanical engineer for Detection Pedestals and Controllers. Managed daily activities for lead designer, selected molding methods and materials, performed structural analysis simulations on pedestal antennae and conducted thermal analysis simulations on pedestal controller designs. Compiled RFQs, product cost and scheduling for project manager. Coordinated Field Verification Test/Production builds with factory and provided sustaining engineering solutions to legacy product issues.
