Performed general assessment on child/adolescent patient upon admission. Assessed patients' health needs and assist staff nurse in setting up care plan and establishing goals. Delegated, instructed, and supervised license practice nurse (LPN) and mental health technicians (MHT) on client care. Provided updates on patients' health status to psychiatrist and other care team members and provided suggestions on how to achieve desired care outcomes.
