• Approved and denied mortgage loans, following bank guidelines. • Reviewed information on mortgage loan documents to determine if buyer, property and loan conditions met establishment and government standards • Evaluated acceptability of loans to corporations that bought real estate loans on secondary mortgage markets • Acted in full compliance with all policies, directives / procedures and external regulations to protect company’s assets • Analyzed appraisals, credit reports, income documentation, and mortgage application for compliance with Regulation B and C
