Daily Duties at Aetna:
Managed a large Premier Producer book of business 2-100 employees. Managed 51-100 book of business for non-premier producers with Medical, Dental Vision, and/or Life and Disability group contracts. As well as cross-sold and implemented additional products to existing assigned customers. Consistently maintained 90% or higher retention level Complex issue research and resolution for Broker and Client • Eligibility • Provider/Member Access • Claims • Pharmacy • Billing • Prior Authorization Solidified client relationships by delivering strategic and creative solutions that addressed clients evolving needs from products/benefits and service perspective Monthly visits to premier producers and clients with 50+ employees. Also made monthly outreach calls to clients with 20+ employees. Provided consultative input regarding plan product design, wellness and other product features to maximize the value of the plan while improving long term cost effectiveness
