Daily Duties at Personal Involvement Center:
Direct all administrative aspects of the Mental Health Service Program, including but not limited to, mental health service delivery, case management, medication support, crisis intervention, and other activities necessary to preserve, maintain, and strengthen families. Monitored and evaluated the mental health service planning and implementation process. Managed reporting and conducted routine program evaluations to assess the effectiveness of mental health programming. Provided HR support including screening, interviewing, hiring, and training new staff members.
