Daily Duties at Personal Involvement Center:
Oversaw program administration and contract compliance for two Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) funded child welfare programs, as well as operations and facilities management for two programs focused on children and families, parenting, anger management, and domestic violence. Facilitated quarterly meetings with community partners, funders, and key stakeholders. Coordinated both monthly and annual events promoting safe parent-child interaction, healthy living, and community involvement. Supported human resource functions including developing HR policies and procedures, hiring, terminating, and managing disciplinary actions, counseling, and successions.
