Daily Duties at The Northern Trust Company:
1st line supervisor of 7 with them not being direct reports but my comments highly relied upon during the annual performance reviews. I was responsible for reviewing many funds done by the team before release, and completing some more complicated funds independently. Assist and lead in setting up the more complex new business funds on the system or trouble shooting current issues. I setup many incentive fee structures more complicated than our current portfolio of clients during this period. Investor allocations including uneven items such as IPO or foreign exchange classes, complex and diverse management and incentive fee calculations, time and asset weighted return calculation, unit series and rollup calculations.
