 Delegated responsibilities for up to 10 direct reports, prioritizing key objectives and strategizing the development of daily action plans. Liaised directly with customers to negotiate pricing and provide estimates for diverse manufacturing and fabrication projects.  Nurtured long-term professional relationships with local church groups, vendors and other community leaders. Collaborated extensively with representatives to develop specialized projects, emphasizing clear communication of all pricing and logistical information to ensure customer satisfaction.  
