• Completely hands on manager supervising all operations of a 122 room extended stay property • Manage 4 departments and all staff, inspect all cleaned rooms, and handle all A/P & A/R • Increase revenue by implementing new sales strategies and retaining current guests • Increased ADR, Guest Service scores and decreased employee turnover by hiring the right people, properly training and mentoring them on how to provide service that exceeds guest expectations.
