Daily Duties at Ltsa, Inc.:

Planning, directing, organizing and monitoring the services provided by Little Sunshine Academy. Main duties are: 1. Manage the business strategically and manage the day to day operations of the organization and all its subsidiaries, that is, Plan, Lead, Organize and Monitor the activities of the businesses, including: strategic planning, setting of policies, norms and procedures, service programming, finances, purchasing, marketing, pricing and sales, research and development, and overseeing the safety of the company. Always striving to achieve greater efficiency and increase the profitability of the company and its subsidiaries. 2. Supervise and plan all company policies and decision-making processes. 3. Establish the next set of short and midterm goals in strategic areas such as profitability, customer satisfaction, human resource development and retention, and long-run company sustainability via long term quality and productivity goals. This includes making adjustments and revisions of goals and ensuring they are carried out accordingly. 4. Improve the company growth-rate by aggressive marketing and further develop the services it offers. 5. Increase clientele and customer satisfaction. 6. Select and train new personnel as the company grows.
