Daily Duties at R&R Partners:
Charged with guiding graphic production department’s operations, directing workflow of up to 14 graphic artists and freelancers. Guided billing, third-party vendor relations, and range of staff training/development opportunities. • Leveraged strong graphic design and management skills to direct production of advertising materials, collateral, PowerPoint/Keynote presentations, outdoor promotions, and graphic designs for web and print. • Demonstrated ability to maintain high quality graphic production operations during time of severe economic downturn; company downsized by 60-70 staff with no reductions coming from graphic production department.
