Daily Duties at Allied Laboratories Inc.:
•Performed daily system input for incoming patient data to ensure contents are correctly filled. •Received and matched incoming shipment of serum samples for testing. •Prepared and operated Perkin Elmer automatic immunoassay for specimens screening. •Prepared assay buffers, controls reagents, and pipetting 96 wells immunoassay cassette. •Worked and trained under Certified Laboratory Scientist in collaboration with other team members to maintain a fast paced and consistent workflow. •Closely operated multiple Perkin Elmers automated immunoassay machines while effectively troubleshoot for problems and discrepancies. •Prepare aliquot from dried blood spots to measure TREC (T-cell receptor excision circles) using qPCR.
