•Experienced with start-up fast pace environment. •Made inquiries to scientific suppliers for equipment sale and information. •Setup automatic weekly/monthly supply routes for laboratory consumables. •Maintained and calibrate the facility analytical testing equipment •Successfully designed and developed SOP for multiple testing stations: UTS, FTIR, viscosity, spectrophotometry, etc. •Performed tests based on each equipment manual/instructions and optimized the instruction set for easier and faster testing method. •Provided support to management in regulatory inspections, vendor relations. •Performed multiple test synthesis daily and conduct full-range test to determine chemical structure, molecular weight, tensile strength, surface analysis, light spectrum transmittance, thermal gravimetric analysis, etc. •Test synthesis to optimize formulation from 200g batches to 600g batches. •Perform 12 to 28 accurate analyses per day. •Planned and conducted analysis on the results to determine the usability of each polymer formulation for in-vivo study •Initiated optimization for testing methods for more clear and precise results. •Fully optimize up-scale process for production. •Launched up-scale process from 600g to 5kg process reactor. •Extruded each polymer for granulation process or to create monofilament. •Lead and provide guidance as well as training to new lab assistants.
