• Works with company president to establish company goals. • Responsible for budget management. • Responsible for building a Customer Service department from the ground floor up. • Identifies new business opportunities, designs computer systems to specification for physician practices and specialties. • Promotes customer satisfaction with products and services by negotiating and resolving issues. • Project management experience from the point of sale of systems through deployment and implementation of both Practice Management and EMR components. • Knowledge of health information systems, experience with ANSI-837, ANSI-835, HCFA, UB92/UB04 data elements and X12 transaction sets with strong emphasis on ANSI-837 specifications and EDI principles.
