Oversaw the compliance assurance, optimizing and sustaining compliance with assigned Air programs at the Whiting refinery, which had a capacity of 410 MBBL/day. t Programs managed include VOL Tanks IFR/EFR and Fixed Roof, CEMS Part 60/75/COMs, CAIR program, Refinery MACT I, Terminal and OLD MACT, and others. t Additional programs included NSPS UU, Fugitive Dust, RATA and Stack Testing Heaters, boilers, and flares.
