Daily Duties at Dakota Gasifiction Co:
Managed Environmental Department Air/water/waste (staff of eight professionals) with an emphasis with air programs: Title V Permit, PSD, PTC, SO2, NOx and GHG PAL Permitting : netting, coordinate modeling (SIL, NAAQS, RMP (offsite consequence analysis, etc), AEI, eGGRT, MACT: HON, MON, OLD, RICE, Boiler MACT Benzene NESHAP; NSPS CEMS, Db, Kb, NNN, VVa, etc., Stack Testing: boilers heaters, flares, scrubbers, bag houses, etc., and other programs. Work with staff on NPDES and Solid Waste permit and compliance issues Interacted as needed with NDDH(State agency), and EPA. Managed the compliance assurance and optimizing and sustaining compliance environmental programs at the Gasification Site. Responsible for TSCA Pre-Manufacture Notification(s) (PMN) and new product coordination, also for TSCA CDR reporting.
