Daily Duties at Publix Community Pharmacy:

- Prescrition processing, Drug Utilization Review, Patient consultation; - MTM services: CMR (Comprehensive Medication Review - medication review and consultation of patient’s medications, including prescription and OTC medications, herbal therapies, and dietary supplements; Prescriber Consultation to identify, resolve, and/or prevent the occurrence of medication-related problems; Patient Adherence Consultation - consultation between pharmacist and patient to identify, resolve, and/or prevent the occurrence of medication overuse, underuse or inappropriate administration; Patient Education & Monitoring - consultation between pharmacist and patient to provide education and monitoring of new medications/change to an existing medication. - Vaccine administration. - Diabetes and cholesterol screenings.
