Acted as System Administrators for field technicians who replaced the parts (AP’s, routers, switches, octal cables, content engines, PIX, and GBit card checks) and as Quality Assurance once the jobs were completed. Maintained 'MessageLabs' requests, acting as a liaison between Symantec Messagelabs (SM) and their customer-base for first-level tickets. Opened tickets to accept problems and issues, utilizing SM as second-level support, found those problems and issues to their conclusions. And acted as the Systems Management Specialist for the AIX BWA (Business Warehouse Accelerator) accounts. Maintained client’s Blade Center equipment assuring optimal performance of various parts of that equipment.
