Daily Duties at Sparta School District:
Selected, supervised and evaluated 60 staff personnel. I negotiated teacher contracts, support staff and clerical contracts. I maintained student discipline and monitored student attendance, supervised 620 students, developed an alternative school, facilitated training and coaching to administration, support staff and teachers. Conducted thorough and objective investigations of employee relation issues. I prepared and maintained the building budget.
