 Developed and delivered new web products through thorough design and requirements analysis.  Partnered with software developers throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.  Led complex projects from beginning to end; delivered high quality results on time and within budget.  Mastered installations, configuration, and operation of complementary products for beta clients.  Conducted troubleshooting analyses to identify root causes to defects and formulated efficient solutions that were effective in meeting and exceeding business needs.  Leveraged best practice methodologies and utilized process flow charts and system diagrams for project analysis, planning and design.  Authored easy to follow implementation instructions to simplify client site product installations.
