Daily Duties at Ars National Service, Inc:

 Identify strategic business requirements and develop relevant, fit-for-purpose solutions.  Propose incentive systems for improve employee productivity and motivation  Provide research and recommend solutions to enhance internal development system  Implement strategic plan in migration of legacy system to web based collections system for all sites in two years.  Establish sustained relationships with internal and external clients developing trust and integrity.  Drive delivery of successful project outcomes from inception through phase out.  Apply understanding of business requirements in the development of strong project briefs.  Manage projects to ensure accuracy and timeliness throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.  Lead the design and development of front end applications and new and existing client interfaces.  Oversee technical development and implementation of unit and regression testing.  Recommend process improvements to accelerate project deliverables and incorporate increased control during development, testing, and implementation project phases.  Collaborate with developers and third parties to deliver work according to client requirements.  Share technical expertise by coaching and training team members and co-workers.  Identify product defects, root causes, and propose appropriate corrective course of action.  Manage development and business analyst team members.  Prioritize and assign projects to appropriate team members for project management, project assessments, requirements gathering, sign off product design, and project roll out.
