Daily Duties at Poms Corporation:

As Support Director: Responsible for direct management of support staff, schedules,training, budgets, and customer satisfaction. In addition, responsible for the day to day operations of the Sterling office, and securing recurring support contract revenue from approximately 50 existing support contracts from 30 customers at multiple sites. Yearly revenues were approximately 5 million dollars. Responsible for Customer Satisfaction measured by yearly customer surveys and NPS calculations. Support organization was responsible for software deployment of patches and software release management.
