Daily Duties at N3:

• Manage client relationship between N3 and Microsoft in both US and Canada subsidiaries, with an emphasis on country specific requirements, reporting separately to US and Canada Executives • Responsible for everyday program execution, which includes reporting and results management • Manage team of 5+ internal employees, including team of Level 400 Engineers, to ensure streamlined processes, customer satisfaction, and achieved bonus based on metric driven results
