Daily Duties at Thermoplastic Valves Inc.:

Responsible for the overall financial and accounting management for TVI, a master distributor of industrial plastic valves imported from Taiwan and resold under the TVI brand name. Preform all accounting duties including but not limited to account reconciliations, AR / AP, General Ledger, billing, verification of account balances, preparation and reconciliation of tax information, review of financial statements and posting journal entries. Prepare weekly, monthly and year-end financial reporting and budget to actual expenses reporting. Maintain computerized inventory control system. Conduct internal audits and serve as company liaison for external financial and government audits.
