Daily Duties at Credit Suisse Private Banking:

Manage the collection, reconciliation, and review of over 2,000 Structured and Flow Lending Deals. Manage staff based in Mumbai for Data Reconciliation and Analysis of deals totaling over $50 million. Utilized as SME in training Mumbai staff on Loan Documentation. Trained team on how to review Credit Approvals, Demand Promissory Notes, Demand Promissory Note and Collateral Agreements, Security and Pledge Agreements, Statement of Purpose for an Extension of Credit Secured by Margin Stock (Federal Reserve Form U-1), Securities Account Sole Control Agreements, Entitlement Orders Amending Securities Account Sole Control Agreements, and Amendments. Created & Organized credit files as the placeholder for Loan Documentation. Trained the team on creating logs of loan events For each deal. Conduct all daily staff meetings on the progress of the project. Worked with Credit Suisse Solution Partners on the review of non-standard Collateral Transactions and the development of a placeholder for documentation. Sole person to review loan and corporate documents (i.e., Operating Agreements, Certificate of Good Standing, Articles of Organization, Closing Certificate, Waiver of Transfer Restrictions, Membership Certificate and Power, Assignment and Assumption Agreements, and Legal Opinions). Managed Mumbai team in the collection of documentation for The Federal Reserve Bank of New York’s Audit on Credit Suisse, New York Branch. Supervised team in the collection and review of loan documents requested by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (DPNCA/DPN, Federal form U-1, Securities Account Sole Control Agreements, June 30th Loan Statement, Articles of Incorporation/Trust Agreement, Initial Letter of Authorization, and Margin Rate Amendment).
