Daily Duties at Thomson Reuters:

Focused on coaching as well as mentoring opportunities with individuals on the team. • Established best practices for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, effectively managing client expectations and encouraging greater use of Thomson Reuters’ products and services. • Assisted with escalated client situations and follow up. Created and implemented the necessary action plans to ensure a resolution path around each specific issue. • Successfully achieved Corporate Services’ retention goal, exceeding 92% retention rate. • Managed and supported a team of 10 Product Specialists in Thomson Reuters’ Manila, Philippines office. Served as the primary contact for the hiring, growth and development of the group as well as integration with the U.S. Operations teams.
