Created and implemented the necessary action plans to ensure a resolution path around each specific issue. • Successfully achieved Corporate Services’ retention goal, exceeding 92% retention rate. • Managed and supported a team of 10 Product Specialists in Thomson Reuters’ Manila, Philippines office. Served as the primary contact for the hiring, growth and development of the group as well as integration with the U.S. Operations teams.
