Daily Duties at Computer Associates:

Direct contact with general contractors, Property Management, design architects, furniture systems vendors, signage, grounds maintenance, security system vendors to coordinate tasks. Respond to calls related to repair and maintenance such as carpet repair, HVAC support, furniture, carpentry and other miscellaneous items. Schedule internal department employee moves, key issuance, repair of copier/fax machines plan Assist in establishing office policies, coordinate special projects (e.g. appearance surveys for plants, carpet, and signage and paint project). Create and maintain security I.D. access cards. Reset expiration dates and security levels. Coordinate travel arrangements, picnics and holiday parties. Responsible process invoice, purchase requisition, tracking spreadsheet for North America remote offices. Update and maintain floor plans, seating chart, and vendor tracking spreadsheet. Member of disaster and continuity planning committee
