Create and maintain security I.D. access cards. Reset expiration dates and security levels. Create and maintain vendor tracking spreadsheet for service being performed. Coordinate projects with building services, vendors and suppliers. Update and maintain floor plans, seating chart, and vendor information spreadsheet. Maintain and update the facilities request spreadsheet. Coordinate meeting rooms for maintenance and audio-visual equipment and room set up. Member of disaster and continuity planning committees and Emergency Evacuation
