Daily Duties at Townsend Building Solutions:
Project Manager until the company closed in 11/2010 as a result of the poor economy. Led all phases of complex projects involving restoration and remodeling successes in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and Texas. I developed the project estimated, “bought out” the project, hired the superintendents. Built new restaurants, and renovated existing restaurant brands, such as Bahama Breeze, Olive Gardens, Long Horn Steak houses and Season’s 52. Utilized Timberline estimating and Microsoft Project software. Owner of the company closed business in 11/20010
