Daily Duties at 1450 Inc:
• Leverage progressive sales, marketing and business relations skills to oversee numerous functional areas, directly responsible for supply chain management, sales forecasting, and team supervision of cross-functional employees. • Utilize NetSuite and Salesforce to maintain accurate accounting logs, to process orders, reconcile bills and purchase orders, and generate reports, ensuring all budgetary expectations and account revenue fall within expected planning. • Successfully establish new vendor relationships that expanded our product catalog and resulted in increased revenue streams 12-15% year over year. • Implement paperless billing system as part of a cost plan that totals over $3K in annually savings. • Research and reconcile multiple bank accounts and credit cards valued at $12M. • Plan and implement a QA/RMA process to cut down on defective items shipped and lowered return rates from 12% to less than 2% yearly. • Analyze ROI metrics to actively create individual campaigns with Average Click-Through Rate consistently over 2%. • Drive new revenue through the creation of focused marketing programs for each vendor, including webinars, newsletters, slicks, and promotional giveaways yielding an increase of a minimum of 10% gross sales annually. • Responsible for managing any gaps in leadership and decision making to maintain continuity during the departure and eventual recruitment of the Directors of Sales and Marketing. • Coordinate budgetary aspects of the business, including meeting monthly financial budgets, and monthly and quarterly forecasting. • Revamped management personnel acquiring a new team award-wining managers, with proven records of delivering sustained growth, while challenging staff to exceed corporate expectations.
