Daily Duties at Bu Dha Girl:
Manage the accounting and operations of the company. Prepare financial reports, profit and loss and balance sheet. Financial analysis and cash flow reporting. AP, AR, journal entries. Month end and year end closings to prepare for tax accountant. Bank and GL account reconciliations. Prepare payroll and payroll tax reports and maintain employee records. Internal sales representative for domestic and international clients. Manage all sales orders and shipping via a third party fulfillment company and then in-house via FedEx. Develop dynamic SKU's for the company's products. Manage the website data for pricing and inventory on hand. Manage inventory in-house. Create a shipping department. Create customer style sheet of all products, modified for new clients for products of interest. Sourced products from India, Thailand and the USA.
