Daily Duties at Flex Ingles Online.Com:
Facilitated individual and group classes, helping native Portuguese speakers achieve greater proficiency of the English language. Personally managed the development of English as Second Language curriculum in partnership with a local university. Recruited interns to assist in the development of an in-house Learning Content Management System (LCMS). Successfully deployed the LCMS and employed additional interns to develop lesson plans including videos, quizzes, and comment feedback. Continue to maintain the online tool in order to continue to provide free resources for those working on increasing their English proficiency.
