Daily Duties at Envision Rx Options:
Lead in-house team of WFM analysts including 1 supervisor and a team of 15 quality coordinators. Manage relationship with external outsourcer WFM and quality teams to ensure appropriate staffing of 500+ seats inbound health care customer support desk. Advise Director and VP of customer service on needed improvements to meet aggressive growth in membership while meeting regulatory demands of Medicare and Medicaid lines of businesses. Directly responsible for ensure service level agreements were met. Coordinate with IT director and ensure infrastructure kept pace with the call center needs.
