Chosen to oversee supply chain for this $7M retailer, including trans-Asia manufacturing operations and distribution centers in Asia, E.U., and the Americas. Sat on Leadership Council. Contributed to financial planning, S&OP, demand planning, raw materials sourcing, contract manufacturing and negotiations, distributor agreements, and transportation network. Managed $750K budget and five employees.
