Daily Duties at Medi Vector Inc:
Responsible for the installation, customization and maintenance of windows server 2003/2008 active directory domain. Ensured all server nightly backups completed, reviewed server performance logs daily to assure optimal performance, developed and applied group policies, added and removed groups and user accounts in active director as needed. Performed telecommunication tasks that included adding, modifying, and removing extensions for end users. Imaged, configured and performed incident resolution for 50 windows XP laptops, three OSX MAC desktops and Apple/Android mobile devices. Documented procedures and policies to meet ISO standards, developed disaster recovery plan using NIST standards. Constructed inventory control database for tracking all company assets using MS Access 2010. Assisted in the planning of a staged migration of 50 exchange email accounts to Office 365 to assure email services were not interrupted as part of the disaster recovery plan.
