• Led the team responsible for developing and implementing the factoring online platform, as well as its back-office integration to the core banking system. • Analyzed project feasibility through qualitative and quantitative analysis. • Performed detailed financial analysis, financial projections and break-even points. • Conducted the training program for the sales team. • Analyzed and researched current market conditions, market trends and customers needs. • Generated new annual sales goals, strategies and organized factoring agreements to purchase invoices via the new platform. • Built product simulators and product instruments for the account managers, sales teams and customer support. • Provided product and operations support for the sales team and back office. • Led the sales team, created incentive/support for higher performance and the fulfillment of the monthly sales goals set for the short-term. • Created product sales and business development strategies to encourage steady growth and maintain a competitive edge. • Created product line extensions, structured their implementations, ensured their compliance with tax regulations and structured back office operations procedures. • Produced and delivered monthly reports of sales accomplishments and special projects, and conducted quarterly meetings with the Executive Committee to discuss the reports. • Worked with the operations department to analyze sales operations to prevent any money laundering and/or financing of terrorism.
