Daily Duties at Hca:
Engaging with the facility vertically, from senior management to new hires Partner with leaders in strategic planning/problem solving to employ sound practices and drive business outcomes. Managed the daily administrative &operational functions of HR for a 1200+ hospital organization. Built HR capabilities as a consultative business partner to the leadership team. provided strategic and tactical support to business groups on all aspects of HR policies and procedures, strategic/change management initiatives, performance management workforce planning and organizational development. Drove and maintained the desired workplace culture and engaged productive workforce through policies, programs and practices Employed best practices in labor relations management that minimized disruption Oversaw employee relation investigations and determine final outcome/resolution
