Daily Duties at Hca:
Engaging with the facility vertically, from senior management to new hires Partner with leaders in strategic planning/problem solving to employ sound practices and drive business outcomes. Served as a business partner in workforce planning/staffing; benefits/compensation; employee relations;talent management; performance management; and learning and development. Create a supportive and positive climate that inspires my team and clients to excellence. Empower my team to achieve high levels of performance and increase accountability. Listen to the need/concerns of our business partners/employees/mid-upper level leadership and respond with diligence. Managed the daily administrative &operational functions of HR for a 1200+ hospital organization. Built HR capabilities as a consultative business partner to the leadership team. provided strategic and tactical support to business groups on all aspects of HR policies and procedures, strategic/change management initiatives, performance management workforce planning and organizational development. Drove and maintained the desired workplace culture and engaged productive workforce through policies, programs and practices Employed best practices in labor relations management that minimized disruption Oversaw employee relation investigations and determine final outcome/resolution
