Daily Duties at Hca:

Provide leadership and supports executive management in the implementation of HR strategies. Effectively implements programs and practices to create a high performing, passionate culture. Develop and oversee talent acquisition strategies and processes. Working with hiring manager and uses tools to ensure "right fit" hiring decisions. Anticipates and participates in growth planning and develop plans for future hires. Develop and effective onboarding program to assure new employees are fully acclimated to the culture and the organization. Work with functional areas to assure new hire training programs are comprehensive and effective. Champion representative for the company culture and passionate about assuring all team members understand the mission and vision of the organization and demonstrate the culture of the company. Ensure all employee services and programs are in support of the culture. Leads and manage the HR team encouraging on-going development of team and empowerment of employees. Participates in executive, management and company meetings. Understanding all aspects of the business. Develop employee engagement and retention strategies. Provides guidance and expertise on HR policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations. Organize social events and administers service award program. Stay current and assures that the organization employment and equal opportunity policy and practices comply with the applicable provisions of Federal and State labor laws Key Areas of Responsibility: (subject matter expert in all HR things) Talent acquisition and onboarding Performance Management Employee engagement and retention Team building and company event Policies, procedures, processes and programs related to employment, employee relations
