Asset Manager for “Arboretum Lakes Office Park”. Managed operations for 726K SF Class A office park comprised of 4 individual assets set on 23 acres including POA with adjacent non-owned assets. Multi-faceted, fast-paced and highly charged environment. Won village award for winter landscaping. Obtained Energy Star ratings. Tenants included: Daimler Chrysler, Primacy, Caterpillar, FDA, SBA, First Trust Portfolios, Sun Microsystems. Left position due to unknown illness of infant born 10/2007.
