Senior individual located at “Central Park of Lisle”. Property Manager responsible for all aspects of operations on behalf of Landlord. 660K SF, Class A, commercial office complex in Lisle, IL. Landlord’s construction representative during Millward Brown’s $5M, 6-month construction build-out including Data Center. Managed staff of 12 individuals. Asset included daycare facility, 30K SF fitness center, café, conference center and data center. Obtained Green Globes certification. Qualified for Toby Award. Held position until Tishman/Blackstone sold this asset to small private company.
