On-site Real Estate Manager of Riverway and O’Hare International office complexes owned by Blackstone. Work with a team of 6 office admin staff, 10 building engineers and many contracted third party, on-staff employees to ensure the smooth operations of 1.3M SF in Rosemont, IL. Assets include 2 POA’s, 2 delis, 2 auditoriums, 4 parking structures and fitness center. Large national tenants with complex security and pending congressional issues: Central States Funds, US Foods (and MB Financial). Challenging daily operations, complex leases with multiple expense pools. Fast paced, demanding position requiring resolution, dexterity and fortitude. Currently employed.
