I provided training to all Cadillac dealerships in the North-Western Region during the launch of General Motors' Cadillac “CUE” infotainment system. Through excellent time management and ability to multi-task I was able to conduct training at all 214 dealers over a six month period. Each training session was adapted to the audience, in some cases presentations were facilitated by the dealership so I could teach groups of customers about the new system. If dealership employees achieved the needed level of knowledge I provided certification from GM.
