Working in the Department of Modelling and Analytics, created assortment and space optimization studies for major multinational customers using Nielsen’s merchandising solutions software, retail and consumer panel data, marketing segmentation data (Prizm) and in store customer scanner data. Beta tested new software releases. Interfaced with software developers to relay customer data integration needs. Developed technical documentation in Spanish for software implementation.
