Daily Duties at Air Liquide America:

 Responsible for employees, contractors and visitors safety with goal of zero accidents. Hired employees to maintain adequate staffing to produce a quality product and on time delivery to customers, maintaining and increasing customer satisfaction. Responsible for the proper supplier of quality raw materials used in the manufacturing processes. Coach employees in their performance development and disciplinary action including termination. Manage a 4 million budget( excluding regular salaries and capital expenditures) by applying company guidelines and implementing innovative ideas on cost control. Responsible for the maintenance and repairs of plant equipment as to minimize down time and prolonged manufacturing outages maintaining on time deliveries by managing product inventory as to maintain customer transparency to manufacturing outages.  Led 37+ employees to achieve initiatives by advising on participation in process improvements across operations and lead the continuous improvement process.  Delivered efficiency to meet financial targets including production, services, QA analysis and customer delivery.  Achieved results by encouraging cross-functional teams to increase transparency and communication.  Improved project management by monitoring deviations from targets, managing timelines/budgets.  Resolved operational, quality and customer service issues before escalation into setbacks with strong budget analysis, financial reporting, contract creations and reviews of customer service.
