Daily Duties at Corporate Trust Program Management Office (Pmo):

Responsibilities include managing numerous projects, delivered on time, meeting client requirements, with high team satisfaction, including some complex projects, and projects involving a number of project staff and clients. Also responsible for management of projects, project budget – track actual vs. budgeted on a weekly basis and resource allocation. Manage project schedules, project finance, and Earned Value Management (EVM) for multiple projects; meeting project commitments, including communications with sponsors, stakeholders, etc. Lead and assist in the planning, implementation and introduction of projects for new systems and technologies Responsible for significant, institute-wide projects, focused on meeting project commitments, including communications with sponsors, stakeholders etc. Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes. Responsible for implementing project management best practices and PMLC methodology. Responsible for lead planning, requirements, design, testing, implementation and close of complex projects for systems that typically affect various users. Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas; develop methods to monitor project or area progress; and provide corrective supervision if necessary. Responsible for monitoring the project staff performance and managing project Issues and Risks and escalate as needed.
