Daily Duties at Lockheed Martin:
Directed the business development process for one of LM's largest services business areas, the Sustainment Services (SS) Directorate, Technical Services Division (logistics, training and Medical Capabilities directorate that has $400M annual revenue entity). Hired, developed, and led a high performing, professional Business Development team with appropriate geographic coverage to maximize business potential in the most cost effective manner. Implemented the BD process to identify, qualify, and manage a staff of 25 people consisting of senior BD managers, capture managers, proposal managers, and a proposal facility and managed the full B&P budget.
