Daily Duties at Ups:

2003 – 2007, As an On-Road Supervisor, I received the opportunity to be responsible for various areas of the Georgia regions such as: The North, South, West, and Central regions. Within these regions I had the chance of managing between 18 - 24 Full Time Drivers in each position. Also within this time period, I was selected to implement a major change by learning a vast amount of the East region drivers’ route in the Forest Park Hub and move them to the Pleasantdale Package Division. I was able to accomplish this task in three and half weeks.

Organizations with strong, centralized leadership are particularly attractive to you. You require a work environment with leadership that aggressively seeks to expand and grow the business and does so in a visible and decisive manner.
