Daily Duties at Ups:
, I had the luxury to be responsible for 88% of the total Package Handlers (employees) for the Entire West Region for the Pleasantdale Division at UPS; including Supervisors. Of the total 86 employees, I was responsible for 72 employee’s training/compliances, development, team building, motivation, accountability, direction, production/work flow prioritization, and work condition quality. Anyhow, majority of my time within this time period rest in being responsible for managing multisite such as: The Day Sort, The Twilight Sort, and Mid-Night Sort. Technically speaking, I was responsible for running everything for the Pleasantdale Division Preload Operation throughout the entire day for approximately 7 years.
