Daily Duties at Stadd National Inc., :
• Perform extensive analysis of business requirements; provide elegant and practical programming solutions. • Utilize RPG III, RPG/400, ILE RPG, Free form, CLP, SQL and Query/400, WDSC on the IBM AS/400. • Use sub files for complex sorting procedures, utilize embedded SQL and advanced CL techniques. • Write comprehensive documentation for all applications. • Provide user training to all relevant personnel. • Work closely with customers, carefully defining their needs; develop custom applications to meet those needs precisely. • Develop strong working relationships with clients, resulting in rapport, trust, and smooth flowing communications. • Provide direction and technical support for complex projects. • Created complete mailing, solicitation and tracking system, streamlining customer contact.
